Water Lily pond WIP 2

One of the projects I'm working on right now is creating a crocheted tapestry that creates the feeling of a tiled water feature with lilies on it. This is the beginning of the water surface part. The lily pieces will be placed randomly on the surface when it is finished, it will be surrounded by 'tile' pieces that I am creating with Tunisian crochet and underneath will be a textured crochet piece of a deep teal blue to give it the Illusion of depth.
